SR Human Resources Manager

Sr. Human ResourceSURESTAFF is immediately hiring Sr. Human Resource for a manufacturing company in DFW. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to take ownership of our business office, accounting operations, and HR administration across three DFW locations. You will directly lead a small office team and work with site leadership to support approximately 90 employees. Management will rely on you for accurate financial information, sound employee decisions, consistent processes, and early identification of problems. This role requires substantial experience, strong judgment, and the ability to follow through without constant direction. You should be comfortable performing the work yourself, reviewing your team’s work, addressing difficult situations, and holding people accountable. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! Available shifts include 8am-5pm.Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities:Own accounts receivable/payable, including invoicing accuracy, collections, aging reviews, payment application, and resolution of customer discrepancies.Maintain visibility into bank balances, upcoming payments, expected collections, and near-term cash needs.Maintain organized, reliable financial records and coordinate with external accountants and other advisers.Establish and follow controls for vendor changes, payment approvals, banking access, and confidential financial information.Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, employee records, and offboarding with management and site leaders.Make hiring, corrective-action, and termination decisions within delegated authority; bring recommendations and supporting facts to leadership when approval is required.Address performance, attendance, and conduct concerns promptly, consistently, respectfully, and with clear documentation.Apply company policies consistently across all three sites.Maintain a compliance calendar and processes for applicable Texas and federal employment, payroll, business, and recordkeeping requirements.Keep required records, notices, filings, renewals, and supporting documentation current.Monitor relevant changes with qualified advisers and translate requirements into practical procedures.Identify and escalate financial, employment, and operational risks before they become larger problems.Protect confidential employee, customer, vendor, and company information.Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications:10+ years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, business office management, or closely related operations.At least five years of team leadership experience, with responsibility for deadlines, performance, and accountability.Demonstrated personal ownership of A/R, A/P, bank reconciliations, month-end close, and cash reporting.Substantial experience with employee relations, corrective action, hiring, and terminations.Experience supporting multiple locations and a workforce comparable to approximately 90 employees.Strong working knowledge of accounting software, payroll/HR systems, and Excel.Ability to spot discrepancies, ask the right questions, and resolve issues without relying on management to check every detail.Clear written communication and the ability to turn financial and operational information into useful management reports.Relevant education or equivalent practical experience.
