Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Performing comprehensive assessments, including psychological evaluations and intake interviews to understand client backgrounds and mental health concerns.

• Developing personalized and effective treatment plans that focus on measurable objectives and appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Engaging in collaborative case reviews with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the care provided to clients.

• Maintaining accurate, detailed documentation in client records to track progress and inform treatment adjustments.

• Participating in ongoing professional development, including training and workshops to remain current with best practices and emerging methodologies in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including adults and families from various backgrounds and life experiences. Our patients often face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Understanding the unique social, cultural, and economic dynamics that influence mental health is crucial in crafting effective treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An active Washington State license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) or equivalent credential is mandatory for this role.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, preference will be given to candidates with experience managing diverse client backgrounds and those familiar with telehealth service delivery. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
