As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) you will evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with the patient’s needs and physician direction. You will be responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline‑specific therapy services for those assigned patients, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that allow for an effective return to community activities. You will serve as an educator of patients, families, students, co‑workers, and yourself, and perform other professional duties associated with patient care, discipline‑specific therapy development, and program delivery. Evaluates assigned patients and establishes appropriate treatment goals and programs. Develops comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and return to community activities. Coordinates treatment programs in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services and available community resources. Minimum Requirements Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech‑Language Pathology from the American Speech‑Language & Hearing Association or eligibility for certification pending professional experience.
