We are seeking a strong On-Site Manager to manage and engage with onsite workforce, building strong client relationships, recruiting and retaining employees, ensuring staffing needs are met, and providing leadership, coaching, and support to employees. This role serves as the main point of contact between the client and employees while ensuring company policies, safety standards, and performance expectations are consistently maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the client to understand staffing needs, workforce requirements, and production goals.
• Recruit, interview, screen, and onboard qualified candidates to meet client demand.
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates to support current and future staffing needs.
• Conduct employee orientations, including company policies, safety expectations, attendance requirements, and job responsibilities.
• Ensure all hiring documentation and employment requirements are completed accurately and timely.
• Monitor turnover and develop strategies to improve employee retention.

Employee Management & Support

• Provide daily onsite leadership and support to assigned employees.
• Build positive working relationships with employees and create an environment where employees feel valued and supported.
• Address employee questions, concerns, attendance issues, performance concerns, and workplace challenges.
• Conduct coaching conversations and provide feedback to employees to improve performance.
• Recognize employee contributions and encourage engagement.
• Ensure employees understand job expectations, client requirements, and workplace policies.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong communication with client supervisors and leadership.
• Conduct regular check-ins with client contacts to review staffing levels, performance, and concerns.
• Respond quickly to client needs and staffing challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and employee satisfaction.
• Partner with client leadership to ensure employees are set up for success.

Training & Performance Management

• Ensure employees receive proper training before performing job duties.
• Verify employees understand safety procedures, quality expectations, and production requirements.
• Monitor employee performance and partner with supervisors to address gaps.
• Support performance improvement plans when needed.
• Track employee progress and provide updates to leadership.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure employees follow all safety rules, policies, and client procedures.
• Promote a safety-first culture and immediately address safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate attendance records and employee information.
• Complete required reports, audits, and documentation.
• Assist with payroll-related questions and timekeeping issues.
• Track staffing levels, open positions, hiring activity, and employee status updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or workforce management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems.
