You will have the chance to connect with clients through video sessions, creating a supportive and private environment for mental health care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnoses for clients presenting with various issues, including depression, anxiety, marital conflicts, and more.Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring adherence to best practices and legal standards.Document all interactions and therapy sessions in patient medical records accurately and in compliance with accepted medical and legal guidelines.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and mental health providers, to create coordinated care plans and ensure continuity of care.Manage cases effectively, facilitating referrals, patient follow-up, and communication with external agencies as necessary.Maintain accurate progress notes and provide timely updates on client status to relevant stakeholders.Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.Patient Population / Client FocusAs a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Heartfelt Progress, you will engage with a diverse client population.
