Overview
Registered Nurse, ER – Reedley, CA. Start date 09/21/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,070–$2,103 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12 Nights. Travel - Temporary Assignment in a Critical Access Hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to ER patients using the nursing process; collect data, establish diagnoses, and implement care plans.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, and perform appropriate procedures within scope of practice.
- Document care in the patient's chart, with emphasis on accurate EPIC data entry and communication across the care team.
- Triage inquiries, coordinate care with physicians, ancillary staff, and multiple disciplines to ensure timely and safe patient flow.
- Participate in discharge planning, patient and family education, and coordination of follow-up resources.
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff and collaborate to maintain a safe, healing environment.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (California required)
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER or acute care nursing experience
- BSN preferred
- CPR/BLS certification required; Basic Life Support per AH policy is required
- ACLS certification (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS) required; PALS certification (AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS) required
- EPIC electronic medical record experience required
- Ability to work in a high-acuity ER setting on a 12-hour night shift
