Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Operations Manager:
• Act as the primary liaison between Payroll, HR, and People Systems teams
• Lead payroll issue resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

• Ensure compliance with U.S. payroll regulations and best practices

Qualifications for the Payroll Operations Manager:
• 5-10 years of SAP Payroll / ECP experience in an SME capacity
• 3-5 years supporting or leading payroll implementations
• Strong expertise in U.S. payroll processing and compliance
