Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients in urgent contexts.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans centered around evidence-based practices for addiction recovery.

• Lead weekly group therapy sessions, fostering a safe environment for participants to share experiences and support one another.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their development and feedback.

• Document all services delivered in an accurate and timely manner to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or another related mental health discipline.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload management skills.
