Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental and emotional well-being through standardized assessment tools and interviews.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and personal objectives, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to a diverse client base, addressing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Facilitate couples therapy to enhance communication skills, resolve conflicts, and strengthen interpersonal relationships.

• Regularly review and modify treatment plans based on clients' progress and evolving needs, ensuring that care is responsive and effective.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with all confidentiality and documentation standards.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals, contributing to holistic treatment approaches that address the full scope of client needs and well-being.

In this role, you will work with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing unique mental health challenges. Your expertise in marriage and family therapy will allow you to create innovative strategies tailored to different age groups and relationships. You will play a vital role in enhancing mental wellness and stability within families and communities, particularly in the state of Arizona, where access to therapists can be limited.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the Arizona State Board is essential.

• Demonstrable experience providing both individual and couples therapy is required.

• Comfortable working with clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.

• Exceptional writing and communication skills and the ability to efficiently navigate electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, those with specific experience in telehealth practices or evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) will be favored. Experience working with trauma-informed care approaches and comprehensive treatment planning is also beneficial.
