Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish trusting relationships with patients through empathetic and supportive communication.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and determine treatment needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Pearl River Counseling Services, you will primarily work with individuals, couples, and families who are facing a variety of challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Our diverse client base includes adults, adolescents, and families, allowing you to engage with varied dynamics and contribute positively to their journeys toward mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
