OTC Process Analyst (US) — Supply Chain Enablement

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting an Order to Cash Business Process Analyst in the United States. The OTC team supports accounts, logistics, and master data management across the MedTech franchises. The role partners with Commercial, Supply Chain, IT and Compliance to deploy enhanced processes, perform root cause analysis, and ensure a superior customer experience.
