Job Summary

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive 100% outpatient primary care to adult and/or family patients. This position focuses on continuity of care, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management within a supportive, patient-centered clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive services, acute visits, and chronic disease management.
• Diagnose and manage common medical conditions across adult and family populations.
• Conduct annual wellness visits and age-appropriate health screenings.
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary healthcare services.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and wellness.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining strong clinical standards.
  

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency .
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Eligible for or able to obtain Oregon medical licensure .
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent patient communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary care.

Position Highlights

• Setting: 100% outpatient
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• On-Call: Limited to after-hours telephone coverage only; no in-person weekend call.
