Account Executive

Location Nashville, TN (must reside in the Nashville metro area); occasional travel to Bowling Green, KY office (a couple times per quarter) About ISTT ISTT is a security-focused Managed Service Provider with over 20 years of experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses. Based in Bowling Green, KY, ISTT partners closely with organizations across the region, delivering managed IT and cybersecurity services that keep businesses productive, secure, and positioned for growth. ISTT combines deep technical expertise with a relationship-driven approach, acting as a technology partner to its clients. The team operates with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and care for both clients and one another, creating an environment where individual contributions directly impact business outcomes. The Role ISTT is seeking an Account Executive to drive continued growth in the Nashville market. This is a hunter-focused, full-cycle sales role responsible for generating net-new business while building long-term client relationships. You will own the sales process from prospecting through close, leading discovery conversations with business owners and decision-makers, and collaborating closely with the CEO to shape sales strategy and expand ISTT’s footprint in the region. This role is ideal for a motivated seller who thrives in an autonomous environment and enjoys building pipeline from the ground up. Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution alignment, proposal, and close Drive new business growth within the Nashville market Generate first-time appointments (FTAs) through outbound prospecting, referrals, and local networking Lead consultative conversations with SMB owners and executive stakeholders Position ISTT’s managed IT and cybersecurity services as strategic business solutions Collaborate closely with the CEO and internal team on sales strategy and solution alignment Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting Build trusted, long-term client relationships rooted in accountability and service Meet and exceed revenue and activity targets Requirements Proven experience in a hunter-style B2B sales role Experience prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person outreach Preferred experience selling IT services, managed services, or other technology solutions Comfort engaging with business owners and senior decision-makers Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable operating with autonomy Local to Nashville or surrounding market Base salary of $80,000–$110,000 with uncapped commission; realistic first-year earnings of $150,000+ Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid holidays, paid time off, and travel reimbursement Phone and vehicle stipends, along with a client entertainment budget Collaborative, culture-first environment where your growth is valued as much as client success Opportunities for professional development and career growth Direct access to leadership and ability to influence growth strategy Established MSP with 20+ years of success and a strong reputation in the market #J-18808-Ljbffr ISTT, Inc.
