Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their mental health needs, with particular attention to acute and chronic conditions.

• Utilize the resources of public agencies and community organizations to ensure patients and their families have access to relevant external assistance and support.

• Participate in regular staff conferences to collaborate on treatment strategies, evaluate program effectiveness, and share insights to enhance patient care.

• Provide psychotherapy to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing various therapeutic modalities appropriate to each unique case.

• Educate and guide patients and their families in understanding and aligning with therapeutic regimens and medication protocols, maintaining awareness of boundaries and ethics.

• Develop and implement psychoeducational classes and group sessions aimed at empowering patients through shared experiences and knowledge.

• Commit to the safety and well-being of patients by adhering to mandated reporting policies and procedures, ensuring a proactive approach to any concerns that arise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Perfect Solitude, you will cater to a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders. Emphasizing a patient-centered approach, you will work closely with clients to foster a therapeutic alliance that promotes healing and recovery. You will also engage with families, helping them navigate the complexities of mental health treatment and support their loved ones effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• A valid and active license in one or more of the following: Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in outpatient settings, with a proven track record of working effectively with a range of mental health disorders.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques to effectively engage patients through virtual means.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
