Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design comprehensive treatment plans that align with clients' goals and address their psychological and emotional needs, revising these plans based on ongoing assessments and progress tracking.

• Utilize clinical data collection methods to measure client advancement, collaborating with colleagues to gather insights that can refine treatment strategies.

• Provide situational crisis management by developing immediate intervention strategies that ensure client safety during moments of acute distress.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions to strengthen client connections and build a supportive community focused on shared experiences and healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, parenting challenges, and trauma-related difficulties. The therapist will be expected to demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively support clients from various backgrounds and life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in marriage and family therapy or a related field.

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience within a community health or medical environment, ideally demonstrating proficiency in family dynamics.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health principles and therapeutic techniques, with a commitment to continuous professional development.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating effective interactions with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
