Key Responsibilities\n

The responsibilities of the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist include:

• Conducting thorough diagnostic evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and crafting individualized treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.

• Providing short-term psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups through telehealth, ensuring accessibility and convenience for all clients.

• Using evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family therapy, and crisis intervention, to address issues related to mental health and dual disorders.

• Regularly assessing treatment progress and modifying therapy approaches as needed while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
