Key Responsibilities\n

In your capacity as an LMFT at Calm Again Therapy, you will execute a variety of key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand individual and family histories, needs, and treatment goals.

• Design, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address client challenges effectively.

• Facilitate therapy sessions involving individuals, couples, and families, applying tailored strategies to foster communication and resolution of conflict.

• Document all client interactions in a timely and detailed manner to maintain accurate records and inform ongoing treatment decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse caseload, including individuals and families facing various challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
