Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for a range of therapeutic tasks including:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients, tailored to their unique needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals, providing evidence-based strategies to address various mental health concerns.

• Specializing in issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, medical-related stress, and communication difficulties.

• Providing education and support for families transitioning through blended family dynamics, separation, or divorce.
\n
• Documenting patient progress and outcomes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care for patients.
