Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments with couples, families, and individuals to identify issues and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Providing psychotherapy that addresses varied issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and adjustment to life transitions, including separation and divorce.

• Collaborating with family members to enhance communication and facilitate healthier relationships.

• Utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies and techniques to support client progress.

• Regularly maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, evaluations, and treatment plans in accordance with state and company guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving adult clients as well as children and adolescents within families, helping them navigate complex emotional and relational dynamics. You will work with diverse families facing various challenges, such as blended family situations, sibling conflicts, job-related stress, and medical issues, each requiring a unique therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
