Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments for couples and individuals, understanding their unique challenges and goals.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, as well as individual sessions tailored to their needs.
\n
• Addressing a variety of concerns, such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job-related stress, and adjustment issues following separation or divorce.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based treatment plans and strategies that align with our best practices in behavioral health.
\n
• Documenting client progress in compliance with our internal standards and state regulations.
\n
• Maintaining open communication with clients, offering essential support, and conducting follow-ups as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse array of clients, including adult individuals, couples, and families. You will be equipped to address a multitude of challenges ranging from relationship issues, grief processing, conflicts among family members, communication barriers, and the complexities of blended families. Our team utilizes a holistic approach, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of every individual and family.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive compensation package with an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000. In addition, you will benefit from:
