Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting therapy sessions with couples and individuals, focusing on a variety of issues such as marital conflicts, trauma, and family dynamics.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to facilitate healing and enhance communication among couples and family members.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of clients, including couples experiencing challenges related to communication and intimacy, individuals coping with grief and loss, and families navigating the complexities of blended family dynamics. You will be addressing critical issues such as alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, job stress, and the nuances of separation and divorce. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
