Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy strategies that address their unique needs.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to enhance client outcomes.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to diverse client groups, including individuals, families, and couples, ensuring a responsive and adaptable approach to treatment.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive care plans that optimize client support and facilitate positive mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client records.

• Engage in continuous professional development, staying informed of the latest mental health research, methodologies, and best practices through workshops and training.

This position primarily serves individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who often have limited access to mental health resources. Many clients face complex issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona is essential.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, with demonstrable expertise in a clinical setting.

• Proficient understanding of ethical and legal standards governing mental health practices.
