Job Summary We are hiring AI Builders – early‑career professionals to design, develop, and deploy AI agents that drive real business impact. You’ll work directly with Fortune 500 customers, building solutions within the Agentforce platform. Responsibilities Design and develop AI agents using JavaScript, Python, and Apex. Architect, build, debug, and deploy production systems on the Agentforce platform. Collaborate with cross‑functional builder pods to create agent intelligence – prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and full architecture. Partner with clients to transform business challenges into agentic solutions. Iterate through testing, breaking, fixing, and shipping cycles to deliver high‑quality scalable systems. Own your work and contribute to the entire technical lifecycle from design to deployment. Qualifications & Skills BSc in Computer Science or related engineering discipline. Strong background in AI/LLMs and prompt engineering. Fluent in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and real‑time infrastructure. Experience with JavaScript, Python, and Apex preferred. Ability to hold a technical discussion with sales teams and customers. High‑quality coding standards and rigorous evaluation of AI outputs. Comfortable with rapid learning, initiative, and problem‑solving in a fast environment. Willingness to travel 25‑50% to client sites.
