Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Customer Retention Specialist for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will keep UK customers from leaving, and win back the ones already halfway out.

Role Overview

You'll own the save conversations — spotting accounts at risk before they cancel, understanding what actually went wrong, and putting together the offer or fix that keeps them. Retention rate is the number you own.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact at-risk and cancelling customers to understand and resolve issues
• Negotiate retention offers within agreed commercial limits
• Run win-back campaigns on lapsed accounts
• Log cancellation reasons and report churn drivers
• Work with support and account teams to fix recurring causes

What You'll Need

• Experience in retention, account management, customer success or sales
• Confident negotiating and handling objections
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Ability to read account data and spot risk signals
• Strong spoken and written English

Nice To Have

• Experience in subscription or SaaS retention
• Familiarity with churn reporting and cohort analysis
• Experience with UK consumer or B2B accounts
