HR Generalist

Position Summary Odyssey is currently seeking an HR Generalist to join our growing Human Capital Management Team at our Wakefield office. The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting a broad range of HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS tasks, employee relations, and compliance. This role requires agility, flexibility, and a strong understanding of HR processes and systems. This is a full-time, hybrid role located at our corporate office in Wakefield, MA, requiring three days a week in the office. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.Processing employee data changed in HRIS systems.Maintain employee files and data with accuracy, collaborating with HRBPs and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and accessibility.Assist with career stream reviews and organizational updates by supporting HRBPs.Provide guidance on HR policies, including gifts, bereavement, maternity, and get well guidelines.Participate in HR projects, such as system revamps and process improvements.Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions and concerns. Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizenMinimum Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldYears of Experience: At least three (3) to five (5) years of HR-related experienceCertifications: SPHR, PR or other SHRM-related certification is preferredTechnical SkillsExperience with process documentationKnowledge of HRIS platforms, UKG preferred.
