Intern, Customer Account setup and Credit

Cencora

Summer 2027 internship in customer account setup and credit at Cencora's Carrollton, Texas office. The role involves rotating across account onboarding teams with at least 50% time spent supporting credit operations, including credit reviews, UCC filings, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Rotate across three customer account setup teams to learn onboarding processes and provide operational support
Review credit reports and financial information; conduct initial credit assessments and identify risks
Prepare, file, track, and maintain UCC lien documentation following established procedures
Validate customer documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance; enter and maintain data in systems
Analyze large data sets using Excel; research and resolve data discrepancies with appropriate escalation

Requirements

Currently pursuing associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
Rising sophomore, junior, or senior preferred; no sponsorship required
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills with formulas and pivot tables
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational abilities
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Coursework or experience in credit analysis, finance, accounting, or data analysis
