Gain hands-on experience while working on challenging projects, network with professionals and learn from some of the brightest minds in business.The experience also gives the intern opportunity for potential full-time employment with the company.What you will be doingProject Support :Assist in planning and executing HR-related projects.Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.Process Improvement :Research and recommend best practices for improving HR project management processes.Communication and Coordination :Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment on project goals.Draft internal communications, such as email updates or project summaries, as needed.Administrative Support :Organize and maintain project documentation.Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting notes.What We Are Looking ForTechnical Skills :Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Planisware) is a plus.Ability to analyze data and create visually appealing reports or presentations.Interpersonal Skills :Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.Organizational Skills :Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Comfortable working within deadlines and maintaining accountability.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills :Basic understanding of how to interpret data and identify trends.A creative thinker who can propose solutions to challenges.Education or Formal TrainingMust be at least a sophomore in an accredited College or University program and have an acceptable grade point average of 3.0 or higher.Experience RequiredNo experience required.
