Recruiter

The Recruiter will hire blue-collar talent across the U.S. in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with candidates and collaborating with operations and hiring managers on mining, construction, and heavy equipment projects. Responsibilities Source and recruit candidates for skilled trades and heavy equipment roles Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview schedules Manage job ads across Indeed and other platforms Build and maintain talent pipelines beyond active applicants Collaborate with operations teams to assess workforce needs Manage candidate communications from first contact through onboarding Coordinate onboarding tasks including background checks, medicals, travel, and compliance Keep recruiting systems and candidate records up to date Support hiring campaigns, referrals, and recruitment events Contribute to process improvements and faster hiring cycles Requirements Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience Strong communication skills and good people instincts Ability to manage multiple roles concurrently without dropping the ball Comfortable speaking with blue-collar workers, mechanics, and operational teams Organized, proactive, and self-sufficient Experience in mining, construction, industrial, transport, or trades recruitment is highly regarded Technologies Indeed Benefits Uncapped recruitment bonus structure Career growth opportunities in a rapidly growing business High-autonomy environment Supportive team with no corporate fluff Opportunity to work closely with leadership and operations A role where good performance actually gets recognized Location & Schedule Location: Fort Collins, CO (onsite) Job Type: Full-time Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year Work Location: In person Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM #J-18808-Ljbffr
