Job Description Counselor FT TEMP (July to September) Monday-Friday/9A-2:30P $22 per hour Population: Children & Adolescents Provides for the direct care and management of patient population of a partial care treatment center. Responsibilities Maintains a therapeutic and safe environment for all patients Facilitates regular therapeutic groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforces the patient’s treatment plan. Provides observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context. Accurately records daily patient progress in the medical record as well as completing other required paperwork. Rides along with the van driver to transport patients to and from the program. Maintains certification in Handle with Care behavior management system. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications BA in Psychology, Social Work or related field required.
