Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably in a school setting
• Strong collaboration skills with general education teachers for co-teaching responsibilities
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs
• Knowledge of push-in teaching models and resource support best practices
• Solid organizational and caseload management abilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Serve as a push-in Resource Teacher, supporting students within regular classroom environments
• Co-teach in a minimum of two core content areas, working alongside subject-area educators to deliver differentiated instruction and support
• Manage a caseload of 15-20 students, ensuring their IEP goals are addressed and progress is closely monitored
• Maintain timely documentation, progress monitoring, and communication with families and staff
• Commit to a 37.5-hour on-site work week within a supportive and engaging middle school environment
