Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (or eligibility for certification)

• Ability to co-teach effectively in at least two content subject areas, partnering with general education staff
• Strong communication and organizational skills to maintain effective collaboration and documentation
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, equitable learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Push-in Resource Teacher within a supportive school community
• Co-teach across multiple core subjects, partnering with classroom teachers to deliver differentiated instruction
• Manage a caseload of approximately 15-20 students, ensuring compliance with IEPs and providing necessary accommodations
• Monitor student progress, participate in IEP meetings, and engage with families and educational teams
• Uphold school policies, contribute to a positive school culture, and champion student advocacy
