Dental Care Coordinator

Location: Orange Park - 5th Ave Dental. We are looking for a dynamic, bilingual Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. Job Summary The role is a front desk receptionist with a friendly attitude and strong organizational skills. You will greet patients, create a positive patient experience, manage phones, and schedule appointments for doctors and hygienists in a fast‑paced office. Primary Job Responsibilities Complete daily insurance verifications for scheduled patients. Present patient treatment plans and payment plan options. Greet all patients by first name with a friendly personality and assist them throughout their office visit. Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the office or calling in. Confirm all future appointments. Assist patients with billing questions. Follow up with unscheduled recare/treatment appointments. Responsible for provider schedules and patient treatment tracking and follow‑up. Qualifications 1–2 years’ experience preferred. Outstanding professionalism, high moral standards, and a self‑motivated work ethic. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with co‑workers and patients. Driven personality to strive for excellence in the profession and provide the best care to patients. Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed hourly rate: $18–$21, based on experience.
