The Imaging Services department encompasses a broad range of diagnostic imaging modalities and provides an engaging practice environment for an experienced leader. The Director of Imaging will oversee daily operations across Radiology, Diagnostic Imaging, Medical Imaging, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, X-Ray, Mammography, and Interventional Radiology while ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. Success in this role comes from balancing operational excellence with a strong clinical focus, supporting staff development, and maintaining high-quality imaging services across multiple specialties. Working closely with radiologists, technologists, nursing teams, and hospital leadership, the Diagnostic Imaging Director will help optimize workflows, coordinate staffing, and ensure smooth operations throughout the department. This position offers the opportunity to lead a comprehensive imaging program, oversee multiple diagnostic modalities, support quality and patient safety initiatives, mentor high-performing imaging professionals, and collaborate with physicians and executive leadership to continually enhance patient care and departmental performance.
