The Role

This is a hands-on Branch Manager role. You’re running the operation—sales, warehouse, inventory, and customer experience.

You set the tone. You build the team. You own the results.

What You’ll Own

• Full branch operations: counter sales, warehouse, inventory, and delivery coordination

• Hiring, onboarding, and developing a strong local team

• Driving revenue growth in the San Jose market

• Inventory accuracy, turns, and replenishment execution

• Building relationships with contractors, service shops, and local accounts

• Creating a culture of urgency, accountability, and teamwork

• Solving problems in real time and keeping operations tight

What We’re Looking For

• Branch management or leadership experience in plumbing, HVAC, or wholesale distribution

• Strong understanding of contractor needs in a fast-paced market

• Ability to lead from the front—this is not a sit-back role

• High ownership mentality—you don’t pass problems, you solve them

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Organized, driven, and results-focused
