Part-Time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Position - Saginaw, MI

Pediatrix is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our well-established, highly respected team at Covenant Medical Center in Saginaw, Michigan. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice at the top of your license in a high-acuity Level III NICU, supported by a strong, collaborative, multidisciplinary care team that values autonomy, excellence, and professional growth.

Our Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) are fully integrated members of the care team and play a vital role in clinical decision-making, quality initiatives, and delivery room management—making a meaningful impact on both patient outcomes and team culture.

NNP Position Highlights

• 54-bed Level III NICU with a busy, high-acuity case mix
• Average daily census of 35–40 patients
• Collaborative, autonomous practice environment with a strong team culture
• Full access to a robust network of pediatric subspecialties
• Comprehensive scope of practice including:
  • Advanced patient assessment and management
  • Therapeutic decision-making and treatment planning
  • Participation in high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
• Active involvement in quality improvement and outcome-driven initiatives
