Account Executive
Salt Lake City, UT | Onsite During Ramp Up
First Year OTE: $80,000 to $100,000 | Uncapped Commission
NOW CFO is a nationwide financial consulting firm helping businesses solve complex accounting and finance challenges. We are looking for a driven, competitive Account Executive to join our Salt Lake City sales team and help grow our client base.
This is a full cycle sales role where you will build your own pipeline, develop relationships with business leaders, uncover opportunities, and close new business. If you enjoy prospecting, competing, building relationships, and having a direct impact on your earnings, this could be a strong fit.
What You’ll Do- Build your own pipeline through calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative prospecting
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through signed engagement
- Connect with CEOs, CFOs, Controllers, business owners, and other decision makers
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover accounting and finance needs
- Position NOW CFO’s consulting solutions in a clear, consultative way
- Manage opportunities with consistent follow up, urgency, and accountability
- Negotiate and close new client engagements
- Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline updates in the CRM
- Partner with internal teams to create a smooth transition for new clients
- 1 to 3 years of sales, business development, or revenue generating experience
- Experience prospecting and moving opportunities through a sales cycle
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Confidence speaking with executives and business owners
- Comfortable with outbound calling and consistent prospecting activity
- Competitive, goal oriented, coachable, and motivated by results
- Strong organization, ownership, and follow through
- B2B sales experience with closing responsibility
- Experience selling professional services, consulting, staffing, finance, accounting, or other business solutions
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools
- Uncapped commission with first year OTE of $80,000 to $100,000
- Direct control over your pipeline, performance, and earning potential
