THE GIST:

Our client, a well-funded & high-growth AI startup, is looking for a Workplace & Talent Operations Specialist to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to own the day-to-day employee and candidate experience while helping build the operational foundation of a rapidly scaling company.

THE NITTY GRITTY:

• Own the day-to-day operations of a vibrant NYC office
• Oversee vendor management, office event coordination, inventory management, and general office upkeep
• Create an exceptional experience for employees, candidates, and visitors
• Coordinate recruiting operations including interview scheduling, candidate communication, ATS management, and hiring logistics
• Manage onboarding and offboarding in partnership with People Operations and IT.
• Support HR operations including I-9s, employment verifications, HRIS updates, compliance, and employee requests
• Build scalable processes, documentation, and AI-powered workflows to help the People team operate more efficiently

THE ESSENTIALS:

• 3+ years of experience in Office Management & Workplace Operations and/or People & Talent Operations
• Experience working in at a high-growth tech startup or venture capital firm strongly preferred
• Bonus points for ATS management experience
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Passion for employee & candidate experience
• Someone who is proactive, resourceful, and anticipates problems before they happen
• Strong communication and vendor management skills
• Comfortable balancing both strategic projects and day-to-day operational tasks
• Professional, warm, and polished presence

LOCATION : New York City (Onsite)

COMPENSATION: $100k-125k base salary + equity + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
