Accounting Manager

We're adding an Accounting Manager to our team to help oversee daily accounting operations and drive continued process improvement as our business grows. About the Opportunity You’ll be the go-to leader for the day‑to‑day accounting function, balancing hands‑on involvement with team oversight. This role suits someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while also mentoring others and improving how things get done. What You’ll Own Oversight of monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP Management and mentorship of accounting team members, including reviewing their work and supporting professional growth Reconciliation review and resolution of complex accounting discrepancies Coordination of internal and external audit requests Development and enforcement of internal controls and accounting policies Process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy across the accounting function Collaboration with FP&A and other departments on reporting needs and ad hoc analysis What We’d Love to See Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of accounting experience, including experience leading or mentoring a team Strong knowledge of GAAP and month‑end/year‑end close processes CPA a plus, but not required Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines A collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
