The range for 2025 was from $95k to $180k. Location: Remote (Northwest Arkansas, Wichita, Oklahoma City, and surrounding markets)About the OpportunityAn established custom signage and architectural solutions provider is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth across key regional markets. This is a remote, territory-focused role supported by an internal team of design, project management, engineering, manufacturing, and installation professionals. We are looking for a proven sales professional who can generate new business, develop long-term customer relationships, and grow revenue quickly. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will bring industry experience, strong prospecting skills, and a demonstrated track record of sales success.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a territory sales strategy to drive revenue growth within assigned markets.Identify, pursue, and develop relationships with commercial customers, general contractors, developers, architects, franchise organizations, property owners, and other target accounts.Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship development.Expand and strengthen existing customer relationships to increase account revenue.Manage the sales process from initial prospecting through project award and customer handoff.Collaborate with internal estimating, design, and project management teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking.Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs within the territory.Represent the organization professionally in all customer interactions.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of successful outside sales experience in one or more of the following industries: Custom signage Architectural products Commercial construction Building products Lighting solutions Branding and environmental graphics Related commercial products and servicesProven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts.Demonstrated success managing a sales territory independently.Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Experience managing complex commercial projects from opportunity development through project award.Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities and customer activity.Existing industry relationships and customer network are highly desirable.Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory as needed.Preferred CharacteristicsSelf-motivated and comfortable working remotely.Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Strong business development and prospecting abilities.Relationship-focused while maintaining a results-driven approach.Competitive, growth-oriented, and highly organized.Professional communicator with excellent follow-through.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus commissionPerformance-based bonus opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company contributionPaid time offShort-term and long-term disability coverageWhy Join Us?This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact within a growing organization that values initiative, business development expertise, and long-term customer relationships.
