Epic Interface Analyst

Epic Interface Analyst Location: Cerritos, CA; Denver, CO. The role requires in‑office presence 1‑2 days per week. Job Description: The Epic Interface Analyst (Systems Analyst Senior Advisor) is responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of the Epic system. Primary duties include implementing and supporting assigned interfaces, coordinating analysis sessions, creating technical designs, triaging and resolving interface errors, and coordinating testing, cutover, and go‑live activities in partnership with application teams, vendors, and technical staff. How You Will Make an Impact Own interface work queues and build work queue logic. Collaborate with application analysts to develop error steps and resolve impacts. Define functionality, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements. Create and perform feature testing and determine environmental needs. Act as the link between technical and business views, ensuring technical solutions satisfy business needs. Partner with business, architecture, and infrastructure teams to oversee service levels. Define detailed design components with high‑level architecture blueprints. Coordinate integration activities for successful implementation. Ensure effective system monitoring and define development strategy, standards, and support tools. Anticipate future system opportunities and enhancements with stakeholders. Minimum Requirements BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in requirements documentation and/or test case development across various technologies. Combination of education and experience providing equivalent background is acceptable. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences Epic Bridges Interface Certification strongly preferred. Experience with Mirth strongly recommended. Experience with Rational tools, Six Sigma, or other process improvement training strongly preferred. Compensation Salary range: $129,272 to $202,722.
