Business Analyst III - Contract - Denver, CO - $50.00 - $55.00/hr.

The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Sr. Network Engineer in Denver, CO.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
• This is NOT a "sit in meetings and write Jira tickets" BA role. This person will:
• Lead vendor technical meetings (set agenda, drive action items, follow up)
• Coordinate contractor onboarding across 6 regional field operations teams
• Produce leadership dashboards and adoption metrics (data-literate, not just requirements)
• Work directly with offshore dev teams on sprint planning and defect resolution
• Manage communication plans for system transitions affecting ~5k technicians

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
• 5-10 years BA experience in software delivery
• Jira proficiency (agile workflows, epics/stories)
• API/JSON/integration understanding
• Multi-stakeholder communication (technical non-technical)
• Denver-based (on-site required)
• Cable/telecom/HFC network knowledge (DOCSIS, nodes, amplifiers)
• SCTE familiarity
• Experience with Confluence, Splunk, MongoDB, Figma-How are they using?
• Phased rollout / regional deployment experience
• Contractor/vendor onboarding workflow management
• Telecom or field services background - understands what technicians do in the field (cable/HFC, maintenance, installations). This isn't a generic IT BA role.
• Vendor coordination experience - will manage relationships with 5 equipment manufacturers simultaneously (meetings, specs, timelines, deliverables).
• Technical depth - comfortable with APIs, JSON data structures, system integrations. Reads technical specs and translates them into requirements.
• Strong written communication - drafts emails to VP-level leadership, writes specs for dev teams, creates user guides for field technicians. Three very different audiences.
