Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and guidance to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure, ensuring they receive constructive feedback to refine their counseling skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field of mental health counseling or therapy.

• A valid state-issued license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least two years of relevant professional experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000 for eligible candidates.
