Tech.) to join our manufacturing team to build, test, troubleshoot, and support Entrust products.This is a 1st shift position, working Monday through Friday typically 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with at least 4 hours working on Friday. There is possible flexibility on work schedule.Responsibilities:Build, test and troubleshoot Entrust products in order to ship highest quality products per customer requirementsComplete mechanical and electrical assembly, test and troubleshooting tasks as neededProvide feedback on quality directly to assemblers, leaders and engineering as appropriate.Identify and facilitate process improvements that will reduce cost and improve qualityEnsure final products meet order specificationsMay perform preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration of product and equipmentDemonstrate awareness of and comply with all Quality policies while continuously identifying opportunities for improvementUnderstand and perform processes for manufacturing of product within work areas to achieve the required quality levelEnsure quality requirements are all met and ISO 9001 standards are followed, which may include conducting training in the work areaFollow safety policies and promote safe work practicesMaintain cleanliness of the workplace and compliance towards ISO 14001 Environmental standards.Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned.Basic Qualifications:Associates degree in electronics, electrical engineering technology, automated systems/robotics or related field or equivalent verifiable training (e.g., military training in relevant field)High level of mechanical aptitudeBasic computer skillsAble to work from and follow work instructions and engineering drawingsAble to lift and install mechanical assemblies or materials that may weigh up to 50 poundsAble to stand, walk, and/or climb for extended time periodsAble to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and reaching for the entire shiftMust be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for USPreferred Qualifications:3+ years of experience assembling and testing electro-mechanical equipment Able to learn new things quickly, work as part of a team, and exhibit a high level of initiative.Ability to recognize what needs to be done and will work with the team and manufacturing leadership to accomplish necessary tasks.Committed to continuous improvementStrong computer skillsPrevious experience with industrial automation equipment or specialized machinesExperience working in a large capital custom machine building environmentAt Entrust, we don't just offer jobs – we offer career journeys. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company's discretionary annual incentive plan.
