We help them unlock value from their real estate portfolios and functions by developing strategies, optimizing operating models and organizational design, and leveraging technology enablement. Qualifications required: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management4+ years of experience working within the power utilities and or/renewable energy industry with exposure to transmission and distribution, generation (including nuclear, wind, and solar) and energy operationsSpecialized knowledge in project management, including program and project controls, financial planning, documentation management, contract administration, and construction supervisionDemonstrated experience with project controls and scheduling using Primavera P6Demonstrated experience working on major construction projectsDemonstrated experience in business development, strategic planning, and managing client relationshipsDemonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audienceAbility to understand and analyze construction documentsProfessional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oralProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience using artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve efficiency, support analysis, and enhance the quality of work productsAbility to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferred: Master’s degree in engineering or construction management, or MBA One or more of the following certifications: PE, ASA, PMP, CFA, CFE, CCE or CPA Proficiency in using Project Management tools, including Oracle Unifier, Procore, Hexagon Ecosys, Kahua, Primavera P6, and Power BIExperience in a professional services firm International engagement experience Multi-lingualThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
