Sr Process Engineer - Maintenance

Senior Process Engineer supporting maintenance and reliability operations at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Responsible for preventative maintenance planning, equipment troubleshooting, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance with GMP standards to ensure plant operations and product quality.
Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee and improve preventative maintenance programs for equipment and systems
- Review work orders, provide troubleshooting support and conduct maintenance history analysis
- Lead root cause failure analysis, failure mode analysis, and update equipment reliability plans
- Perform GMP and EHS investigations; implement corrective and preventive actions
- Support capital projects with input on equipment selection, specifications and maintenance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience (or equivalent education/experience combination)
- Experience with reliability-based maintenance practices
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, accurate technical instructions
- Computer and technical proficiency with problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must not be allergic to penicillin; on-site role at penicillin manufacturing facility
Compensation: $82,700–$137,900 base salary; eligible for 10% performance bonus
