LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a nationally recognized law firm in Tampa's beautiful Hyde Park neighborhood to identify an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal .

What You'll Do
Support complex commercial litigation matters from case inception through trial
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and deposition materials
Manage federal and state court filings, including PACER and e-filing
Coordinate depositions, mediations, experts, and trial preparation
Create case chronologies, exhibit binders, witness files, and trial notebooks
Assist with large-scale discovery projects and document management
What We're Looking For
5+ years of recent commercial litigation experience working in a US law firm as a billing paralegal
Trial preparation experience required
Strong federal and state court filing expertise
Excellent organization, deadline management, and client service skills
Experience with eDiscovery platforms is a plus

Benefits:
Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include PTO, medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan.
