Sales Operations Analyst

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst in Naperville, IL. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Employees in this role directly support our Sales team for processing commercial agreements
- Core responsibilities include acting as liaison between our Internal Sales Team, Channel Partners and Customers, including: analyzing inbound requests for proposals, account set up, gathering usage data, managing changes to proposals and pricing refreshes, and any other aspects of opportunity set up to allow for bidding
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverable are met timely and accurately
- Proactively engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally across all internal departments; Increase awareness of front to end process of cross functional teams and impacts to current team responsibility
- Provide frequent and consistent communication to Leadership on deliverables and status updates
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- High School diploma/GED
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience
- Experience: 2 years
