Executive Vice President, US Sales
Merit Medical
Merit Medical seeks an Executive Vice President of US Sales to lead revenue growth and develop senior sales leaders across all US divisions. This strategic leadership role drives sales strategy execution, fosters high-performing teams, and collaborates with executive leadership to achieve organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute US sales strategy aligned with organizational objectives and drive sustainable revenue growth
- Lead and mentor senior sales leaders across divisions while building cultures of accountability and continuous development
- Champion customer-centric approach and monitor market trends to inform competitive strategy
- Establish sales objectives, quotas, performance metrics, and implement accurate forecasting processes
- Lead key account negotiations and manage relationships with major clients and strategic partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 15+ years progressive sales leadership experience in medical device or healthcare industry
- Proven track record driving revenue growth and leading large multi-region sales teams
- Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills
- Extensive medical device industry knowledge and market evaluation expertise
- Ability to influence across organizational levels and foster collaboration
