Together, we are making a difference in the lives of patients around the world.**WORK SHIFT**DAY (United States of America)**SUMMARY OF DUTIES**The Executive Vice President of Sales is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping sales strategy, and leading senior sales leaders across all U.S. franchises. This position plays a critical role in fostering a culture of accountability, customer focus, continuous learning, and collaborative leadership. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional business results.**Key Responsibilities****Strategic Leadership*** Define and execute the U.S. sales strategy aligned with organizational objectives.* Drive sustainable revenue growth through innovative sales approaches and market expansion.* Partner with executive leadership to influence business direction and priorities.* Define and articulate clear vision and expectations while holding individuals accountable.**Team Development & Leadership*** Lead and mentor senior sales leaders across U.S. divisions to achieve organizational goals and deliver exceptional results.* Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous professional development.* Provide strategic guidance and coaching to empower leaders in driving performance and foster high-performing teams.**Customer Focus & Market Insight*** Champion a customer-centric approach across all sales activities.* Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy.* Collaborate with marketing, strategic account, pricing, and product management teams to enhance value propositions.**Operational Excellence*** Establish clear sales objectives, quotas, and performance metrics.* Implement accurate forecasting processes and manage the sales pipeline for predictable growth.* Ensure compliance with pricing strategies, contract terms, and company policies.**Cross-Functional Collaboration*** Work closely with marketing, product development, finance, and operations to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.* Drive adoption of CRM systems and sales enablement tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.**Key Account Management*** Lead negotiations and manage relationships with key physician thought leaders, major clients, and strategic partners.**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.* 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally in the medical device or healthcare industry.* Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading large, multi-region sales teams.* Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills.* Ability to foster collaboration and influence at all organizational levels.* Extensive sales experience and knowledge of medical device industry and ability to evaluate markets based on the customers’ needs and wants**Core Competencies*** Strategic Sales Leadership* Talent Development & Coaching* Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence* Customer-Centric Mindset* Change Management & Organizational Agility* Financial Acumen & Forecasting* Technology & Tools Optimization**As an eligible Merit employee, you can expect the following:**\\* Multiple Shifts and Hours to choose from: Days, Swing (Eve), and Nights\\* Medical/Dental & Other Insurances (eligible the first of month after 30 days)\\* Low Cost Onsite Medical Clinic\\* Two (2) Onsite Cafeterias\\* Employee Garden | Gardening Classes\\* 3 Weeks' Vacation | 1 Week Sick-Time | Paid Holidays\\* 401K | Health Savings AccountTo see more on our culture, go to Veterans are encouraged to Apply.**Merit is a proud Utah Patriot Partner committed to hiring our Veterans.**
