Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to foster a safe therapeutic environment.

• Diagnose a range of mental health disorders through comprehensive assessments, including clinical interviews and psychological evaluations, tailored to individual client needs.

• Design personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing the unique challenges that clients face, ensuring strategies are relevant and achievable.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions with clients, adapting interventions based on ongoing assessments and feedback to maximize effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Proven experience providing individual therapy, family counseling, and/or group therapy in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and modalities that are effective across diverse populations.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload and administrative duties.

Compensation and Benefits\n
